Top Tech tidbits for Thursday, August 16, 2007

there will be no html edition of Tidbits for this late week.  I am looking for another option to mail the newsletter, since my current situation does not allow for the easy management of a 2,000-subscriber mailing list.  If you have one, whether free or fee-based, and you'd like to discuss it with me, please write.  I did receive such an offer a couple years ago, but unfortunately no longer have the information.
